- Delivery information
- The delivery must be confirmed when goods are received by the customer. In the unlikely event when parcel is not received within the set time, please contact us using our contact form and indicate your order number . In case you do not have the order number, please provide your name, delivery address and approximate date of placing the order. We will contact the post office and do our best to resolve your problem.
- Shipping price
- The shipping price is $9.99 per parcel.
- Shipping info
- We ship all orders withing 72 hours after your credit card has been charged with the exception of weekends and holidays.
- Delivery time
- The average delivery time is 2-4 weeks, but in rare cases the delivery may take up to 5 weeks.
- Order cancellation policy
- You can cancel your order withing 24 hours after placing it. We will attempt to process your order cancellation immediately upon the receipt. Cancellation request must, using our contact form.
If you have changed your mind about the order and it is too late to cancel, you can return any unwanted items in accordance with the retailer's returns policy.

What happens if I miss the delivery?Two (2) delivery attempts will be made to deliver your package. After that the package will be returned to us. You may then request to have your order reshipped at the cost of the original shipping charge or have your order refunded. Make note that shipping charges are not refundable.If I place an order on Saturday, when my order will be sent and how do you ship parcels?Usually, your order is processed in 24 hours. Orders received on Saturdays are sent on the first working day following the receipt.Do you guarantee that no duty will be charged worldwide?We cannot guarantee that no tax will be paid worldwide because some countries may occasionally apply the international postal regulations and standards.How can I get the parcel if there is nobody at home when the post man comes?If there is nobody at home or there are any other reasons why the parcel cannot be delivered, you will get a notice that will require collecting your package from the post office within 5 days. How fresh are my cigarettes?Considering the high number of orders we replenish our warehouse daily. We reassure you that the products we sell are fresh and of high quality. In the unlikely event you receive the product that is not fresh, notify us and we will reship it immediately.Will you diversify your product range in future?Yes. The number and types of available brands may change in future.What is the difference between the white filter and the brown filter Marlboro Lights?The first are made to meet the tastes of American smokers while the second are preferred by Europeans more. Philip Morris does not provide any other information on this matter. According to smokers (and suggestions), the "white filters" may be slightly stronger.

- Taxation
- It is in customer's sole responsibility to determine whether Internet purchase of cigarettes in his area is prohibited under the local laws. In case the customer is charged duty upon receiving the parcel, it is him to decide whether to pay the duty or refuse the package. If the package is returned to us, the customer will receive a refund for the order, excluding shipping fees.

- The customer accepts that we are not responsible for the parcels that have left the territory of our country or were lost on the territory of customer's country. If this parcel will come back to us we will reship the order or offer a refund at customer's own discretion.
- We are also not responsible for the delivery of the parcel if the customer has provided the wrong shipping address.
